The construction of our house took place with utmost care in the years 2011 to 2015.
Today Moarlhof offers five new holiday apartments in our family-friendly farmhouse in quiet, charming location, surrounded by bright green forests and extensive meadows. The location makes of Moarlhof the ideal place to retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, to enjoy the spectacular views of Val d’Isarco/Eisacktal, Renon/Ritten, Longostagno/Lengstein, Santa Verena/St. Verena, San Ingenuo/Saubach, Barbiano/Barbian, Villandro/Villanders, Velturno/Feldthurns and Laion/Lajen.
Our cosy and modern apartments in Tagusa are available in various sizes and offer every comfort for 2 to 7 persons. Each apartment is unique – in decoration, style and charm!

Eco holidays at the gate of Alpe di Siusi: when nature shows the way
When building our holiday apartments, our priority was on tradition, nature and health, using exclusively local products, creating a modern and comfortable environment. Spruce, larch and mainly Swiss stone pine from South Tyrolean forests guarantee a particular sense of wellbeing. We consciously chose natural materials such as wood or stone because they do not pose a health risk for our guests, on the contrary. You will notice the little difference, when walking barefoot over the soft wooden floor boards. Breathe in the scent of Swiss stone pine and experience a feeling similar to walking through the woods of Alpe di Siusi. Yet you are in our holiday apartments, devouring the pleasant fragrance.
The soothing qualities of Swiss stone pine, the so-called “Queen of the Alps”, is highly appreciated and in use for centuries. Beside its antibacterial qualities, Swiss stone pine has a highly beneficial effect on our health, improving the quality of your sleep, reducing the heart frequency and increasing the organism’s positive vibration.
On our sunny and quiet farm immersed in nature’s best, you experience the simplicity of farm holidays in front of a breathtaking panorama. Our farm is located at 980 m height in Tagusa/Tagusens, about 4.5 km (15 minutes) from Castelrotto/Kastelruth. The bus stop is only 3 minutes’ walk from our farm; by bus you reach the Alpe di Siusi cable car in 15 minutes.
